Do what you love, love what you do. I have been teaching group fitness classes for the past 16 years, and personal training for 13. I feel incredibly lucky to have a job I love. I prefer to call myself a fitness motivator! I get up every morning knowing I have a room full of people waiting to be motivated and inspired to create a life they love in a fit and healthy body. Personal Training is just that, personal, and I now do all of my training privately. I've been practicing yoga for the past 10years, and it has deeply impacted my life for the better. I am now teaching power vinyasa yoga and loving it. I believe that change equals growth. I love to learn new things, and new ways of staying fit. When you stop growing, you stop living.

I am a native Floridian, a mother to a teenage daughter, Chloe, a painter in my spare time, a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher. I love my job! Immediately after September 11th I walked into a yoga class and cherished the peace yoga gave to me during such a chaotic time. I decided I wanted to become a teacher and drove cross country to California where I dove into my yoga practice and took teacher training with Bikram in 2002. I have been teaching yoga since then and attending yoga seminars all over the country. I enjoy all styles of yoga. Teaching encourages me to grow with my students both mentally and physically. I encourage students “to work hard” and “play harder”! I aim to learn something new everyday on my mat and off my mat. I feel that my job is a reward second to none and I am honored and happy to help you with your yogic journey during class and after class, please come to me with any questions!
As a co-owner of Breathe salt & yoga Adrienne has found something very valuable. She wants to help people. She wants to show them that they can get through anything life has to offer whether it is good or bad. There have been many ups and downs in her life and when she found yoga she found herself. Yoga has helped her through the toughest times that she thought she wouldn't be able to get through by herself. Yoga allows you to look deep within yourself and let's you create the outcome to any obstacle. Showing up to your mat is showing up for yourself. By taking this step you've already done the hardest part. It's amazing how by taking just 75 minutes out of your life can change it. Just by giving yourself time to look within. So come to your mat for the physical workout because you definitely will get one but also come for yourself. Adrienne has her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification. Her classes are fun, fresh and playful. Her upbe at personality matches the energizing music she fuses into her classes. Let your mind relax and let go of the outside world to feel true bliss after the exhilarating practice! You have all the answers so stop searching and "become one with yourself.":my mantra I will follow for the rest of my life...
Pamela Johnson has been a devotee of power vinyasa style yoga for many years...so much so that she became a certified yoga teacher and opened Breathe Salt & Yoga co-owned with her daughter Adrienne Ledakis. We offer power vinyasa style yoga classes along with south Florida's first Salt Room. Pamela is a dedicated wife and mother with a Master of Psychology Degree from Barry University. Pamela believes her Christian faith is nurtured by the fact that yoga has invited quiet back into her life, a quiet that connects the soul to the spirit while it builds a stronger and more flexible body. Pamela will inspire you to deepen your understanding of yoga, that if permitted, yoga can be the gateway to many things. Pamela will challenge you beyond your comfort zone to reveal a truth that "power is discovered in submission."
